Cost to Your Club ?

Planning and work - but it's FUN !

Just organise your committee to go out and collect Sponsors for races on the night.

Next - collect people to come along and enjoy themselves.

Please advise ASAP who your major sponsor is so we can promote them for you.

In return you will get:

The revenue from as many gate tickets as you feel you can pre-sell

Naming rights to the balance of the racing programme

All supporting races on the night can be "sold" to sponsors for a fee determined by your club

We suggest you aim for $50 to $200 per race and you keep this too.

All races are broadcast on Sky Channel throughout Australia.

In addition the race names appear in all TAB Agencies and PUB Tabs as well in the print media right across Australia.

Please Note: Race Name not to exceed 32 digits including spaces.

Currently, maximum number of races is ten including the Feature Race.

Please check with the club if you want to have more than ten sponsors.

Raffle Rights - You receive the rights to conduct a raffle at the track on the night.

The name of the game is to get as many of your club members to turn up on the night, therefore making it a mutually successful promotion for both clubs.
